Please try again later.to the best of my knowledge if you enroll in geek squad total care they fix or replace everything in your purchase! the owners manual on this model has a good section on how to care for this delicate screen. it is by far the greatest sony bravia tv i have purchased out of DOZENS of models of bravia tvs. if you did not purchase this oled from best buy, and it already has a scratch, you can still go to a best buy and purchase total teck! they cover All electronics in your home! if you have not purchased this tv yet, i would strongly suggest you purchase it from best buy! they will match ANY price!!! GOOD LUCK DATMAN!!!
