- Answer There are several internet sites that show the proper way to transfer old data to a new system. You'll need to refer to one of them ; I believe it even has instructions in a PS4 manual . - Answer (My) PS4 Pro is known to have heat and fan issues, BUT the latest model cuh 7215 has drastically reduced these issues. However, there is still some noise and a slight heat issue. To tell whether or not you'll be able to deal with either one is totally up to You. I can because I sit far enough away from the Console and it has plenty of ventilation. Sit close and or place it in an enclosed cabinet then you'll have problems .

- Answer Yes the PS4 Pro supports 3d Blu-Ray you just have to make sure you update your system to the newest OS version.

- Answer Do You mean Serial Number or Model Number? "Serial number: The serial number is 11 characters long. It begins with the letters "MC" and ends with 9 numbers. It is located on the rear panel of the system, near the bar code. It's easiest to read the serial number when the PS4 Pro system is upside down." This # is unique to each PS4 in that batch production. "Model number: The model number is located on the back panel of the PS4 Pro. It's in a recessed groove that is above the plug for the AC power cord. The model number begins with CUH and is followed by a dash, 4 numbers and a letter." - Answer This is the Pro version with upgraded graphic capabilities, it is about the same size as the regular PS4. This is not the slim version.

- Answer No preloded games. You may get the Red Dead Redemption pack and that includes a physical copy. Yes DVDs may be played but Physical 4K movies CANNOT be played on a PS4 Pro. Only streaming via Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services.
