How do you transfer from and older PS4 to the PS4 Pro null

There are several internet sites that show the proper way to transfer old data to a new system. You'll need to refer to one of them ; I believe it even has instructions in a PS4 manual . using a standard ethernet cable, you can connect the PS4 to the Pro and transfer all info and settings from the old to the new. Fairly straightforward and you will be prompted to do so when first firing up your PS4 Pro. Depending on how much you have saved on the PS4 this process could take a couple of hours.

You get a lan cable and go to settings
