Thanks for your interest in our product. Here's a general guide on how to operate, charge, and turn them on: Turning On: 1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. 2. Hold the button for a few seconds until you see an LED light flash or hear an audible indication that the headphones are turning on. Charging: 1. Locate the charging port on the headphones. This is typically a USB-C port. 2. Use the charging cable that came with the headphones to connect them to a power source. Operating: 1. Bluetooth Pairing: Put the headphones in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button or a dedicated Bluetooth button until you see a blinking light or hear a pairing sound. Then, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select the Q20i from the list of available devices. 2. Play/Pause Music: There's a button on the ear cup you can press once to play or pause music. 3. Volume Control: There are usually volume up and down buttons. Press them to adjust the volume. 4. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): There is a separate button to toggle this feature on and off. Please feel free to contact us via [email protected] if there is anything we can help you with.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All controls are on the right ear cup. Power button is flanked by the volume buttons and the mode button is slightly forward. The charger port is just behind the other buttons. It's all pretty intuitive once you learn where the buttons are.
