Q: QuestionHow is it powered? Does it draw power through the controller (Ps4)? How much battery drain?

• A:Answer This headset is unpowered, and as such it draws no power from the device to which it's connected and uses no batteries. This does mean that if plugged into your PS4 controller that it might run your controller battery down faster since you're adding an audio stream to the controller's connection, and because the controller now has to use a little power to produce the sound for the headphones.

• A:Answer It should work with Xbox by plugging it into the 3.5mm port on the bottom of the controller, but if you aren’t using the controller to play I’m not sure if you can still get audio if it’s not on/used. There are adapters to plug into the bottom of the controller to give you stereo audio with mic capabilities. The only other way is to buy an extra adapter, or a more expensive headset, that comes with an optical port to plug into the back of the console. That’s more $$$ out of your pocket though. Hope this helps!
