A:Answer As stated on the Steelseries website, products purchased from a vendor (not bought from the Steelseries website/company) should consult that store for returns/warranties. If you have your receipt, and the store (BestBuy, I suppose) has a return policy/warranty that covers 4 months or more, you should initiate a return request from the store of purchase if the headset just stopped working.
If the product was damaged from user abuse, they may not allow refund/replacement.
