Q: QuestionJust ordered our bike, very excited! Wondering if & when it runs out of charge (because you've gone the distance) is the bike to heavy to pedal back? Should I be mindful of the journey? Also, how long does the battery take to charge? Thank you!

• A:Answer It's a single gear, pedaling is not hard to get it going but hard to past 10mph. Depending if you don't mind biking at a very slow speed but pedaling at a high rate when your battery dies. To charge the battery from 0% took 5hours

Q: QuestionWhat kind of off road capabilities does this bike have? Meaning is it mainly suitable to just gravel or would it withstand a more intense and uneven high clearance road with larger rocks?

Our R model is specifically designed for a more urban experience, but does have slight off-road capability(dirt trails, grass, bike trails). • A:Answer Hey DC, thanks for reaching out with this question! Our R model comes 90% assembled in the box, which makes installation very easy. All you have to do is mount the handlebars, screw the pedals in, charge/mount the battery, and you're ready to ride!

Our bikes are equipped to handle fair amounts of stress, but we won't be able to endorse or recommend the practice of any sort of wheelies or stunts in regards to the R Model, although it is definitely possible.
