Does it work Samsung Smart TV's? null

It should work with any "Smart TV" You download and install the Tablo app. It is very easy to get Tablo up and running. I had a Tivo for over 15 years. I miss it sometimes, but the Tablo works just fine. If you want to record antennae TV you may want to add a larger hard drive. The thing works!

No. Tablo is working on a supported app for Samsung but does not currently support it.

If you can add the app, it works.

Currently the Tablo app does not exist at the Samsung App Store It does on devices like iPads (iOS) that can AirPlay to the newer Samsung tvs.
