I get 51 channels that are streaming through the Tablo, they aren't major channels, but they do show movies, News and some sports. But you will need a Roku to stream other services. But it does pick up antenna channels very well. I am getting a total of 161 channels with their streaming service in my area.

You will need to go to the Tablo web site to investigate the channels available in your area, but I can tell you that the Tablo provides me with 63 streaming channels that can be viewed and recorded. Keep in mind that streaming and recording multiple channels at the same time requires a fast internet connection. And finally, there is no subscription for any of the streaming or OTA channels on the new 4th gen Tablo.
