most 110V items will run on 90V - 130V, reason being the electrical grid has fluctuatons and if the voltage "sags" and your TV turns off
you will not be happy.

If your device has a 20% tolerance then yes.
However you would be better off looking for a 24VDC power-supply such as for LEDs as that will also have at least 3Amps,
