- Answer In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at start up and still access all of the inputs. - Answer NO. As of Dec 2019, if you do not currently have the Spectrum app installed, you will not be able to install the Spectrum app on a TCL TV, or Roku product. Contract issue. See Spectrum.net/roku for more info.

- Answer My NEW TCL 50" Roku cannot receive Local OTA signals. I have tried THREE digital amplified antennas, and STILL CANNOT receive all the local channels clearly. Is this a typical TCL problem? The company replaced the original TV because it's receiver failed altogether. The NEW TCL replacement is better, but still does not receive all channels! I'm VERY unhappy..

QuestionWhat is the footprint size? My previous TV had a pedestal instead of feet so the placement was easier. I'm trying to find the distance between the stand legs and how wide an area is needed to place the TV on.

- Answer The two legs are angled a little out with the front being wider by about 2 1/4" The front legs are 31 1/4" apart outside edge to outside edge.

- Answer There is not a physical button for it, but there is an option for it. Simply press the asterisk (*) button on your TCL Roku TV remote, highlight the sleep time option, and choose how long you want to set it for (30minutes-3hours). Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionDoes this play video on USB and allow for looping?

- Answer Absolutely! Once your USB is connected either launch it or go to the Roku Media Player app. Go to Video and select the USB. You need to put all videos you want to loop into one folder, then highlight the folder, then hit the “circle back” button (to the left of the asterisk “*” button). It will then loop all the videos in the folder(but you can’t mix pictures/videos together). Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
