• Yes there is a setup manual with it, and the settings menu is pretty straightforward. If you know how to connect a wireless device by entering the wifi password, then you’re set.

• When you first power on the TV, during initial setup, the TV should guide you through connecting to the Internet and creating a free Roku account. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
