• A:Answer If you purchase the one time payment. There is never any fees after that. But if your box ever goes bad,you will have to pay again because you are paying service for that one particular box that you own. So buying a new box if your other goes bad,is like starting all over as a new customer

• A:Answer That has nothing to do with Bolt! If you have Cablevision that's On Demand with them.Bolt on demand is a search program that see if you have access to it. Tivo with Cable is not what I have ,Antenna and Roku.

• A:Answer No, you won't get past the please purchase an activation plan screen... there is a service free option by a program called Channel Master, but the menus and features are not as rich as the TiVo. I just buy the lifetime service and get it out of the way because I love my TiVo

• A:Answer Yes, up to 4. One time recordings I believe up to 2 weeks but you can set a show to record anytime it is on. Plus you can set it from an app on your phone from wherever you are.
