- Answer According to an online review by Digital Trends, "Unfortunately, the M-Series falls short of being a gamer’s best friend. While it offers auto low-latency mode (ALLM) which helps greatly with input lag, it doesn’t support any flavor of variable refresh rate (VRR) technology, which is becoming increasingly desirable for both console and PC gamers alike. Moreover, it’s not yet clear how gamers will be able to take advantage of the M-Series’ 120Hz capabilities — the TV has four HDMI 2.1 ports, but these only support 4K @ 60Hz. With that limitation, only gaming apps that can be added to the TV via the Fire TV app store will be able to avail themselves of the TV’s 120Hz panel."

- Answer Apparently, that is correct. I also am a bit annoyed with the addition of more inputs at the cost of older ones, since it means you cannot use older equipment connectors out-of-the-box, should you desire, and there are reasons why you might want to. However, I would like to point out that there are adapters available, although at an additional cost.

QuestionCan you disable the Alexa?

- Answer On the 55” …. There is a switch center bottom of TV that disables Alexa - red light come on anyway and Alexa doesn’t respond. There is a button on remote you can push and talk to Alexa as well. On the 65” … I’m not sure about. It’s mounted too high to check, but there is no red light and it doesn’t answer when I say “Alexa” It has the button on remote as well.

- Answer Ive noticed it’s slow turning on. I don’t notice any lag playing games on my Xbox. It does automatically switch to game mode.

QuestionWe have the 65” M550, beautiful TV… when I try to set up the home theater using the Alexa App and two Echo 4th generation, I get an error that says Fire TV not compatible. Quite disappointing since that was the main reason we bought the “Fire TV”.
