As long as your roof top wifi has an internet connection (via ethernet cable) then you should be good to go. It's hard to say exactly because I don't know exactly what you mean by "roof top wifi dish". What kind of network ports does it have, etc

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HI! The primary Deco node must be connected to your existing Internet source (e.g. modem, ONT, gateway) via Ethernet cable. The satellite Deco units can then connect via Mesh Wi-Fi to the primary node; however, they must be plugged into a power source using the included power adapters. That said, as long as your existing Internet source can supply connectivity via Ethernet cable to the main Deco unit, it should work just fine.
