• I tried linking another router to the main pod and it did not work only 10kbps down and 2kbps up…

• Yes, TP-Link Wi-Fi extenders are universally compatible with Wi-Fi routers. Your RE220 can be used to extend the Deco AX3000's Wi-Fi. Please note that the RE220 is not a Deco product, so it will not be able to utilize the proprietary Mesh features of the Deco Mesh system or the Deco app.
