QuestionI looked at the Page Pus home page. I just put in another $10.00 now totaling $181, but my old Verizon/Samsung obviously doesn't wok because of being 3g. So I have to now upgrade and buy new phone. Want to buy in store. Will it work with Page Plus?

- Answer You can either call 1-800-867-7183 or go to www.tracfone.com I used the website to transfer my number and minutes. It transferred fine but for some reason I couldn't make or receive calls. I used another phone to call customer service and it is all automated. I had to say "technical support" then "calls". It found an issue and took care of it. I rebooted the phone and it was working fine from then on.

QuestionI was told to get another MyFlip2 after the battery failed in my first one. The problem is the replacement I purchased is not the same phone and I'm having all kinds of problems understanding it. Are there two different models of this phone?

QuestionWhere is the prepaid menu on the alcatel my flip 2? I already bought an airtime card and I want to add it to my phone through the prepaid menu. I don't want to call or get on the internet. There should be a prepaid menu on the phone, right?

- Answer No, I don't have a "prepaid menu" on mine. I usually add airtime online. They claim you can text ADD to 611611 and they will text you the instructions. I've never tried it but I'm guessing they'll text you asking for the pin number. Here's a complete list of services available with the 611611 menu http://dsweb.tracfone.com/611611/help/

- Answer Yes. It can also use the 1 year subscription. Also, the one I bought is triple minutes, text, and data. This is perfect for that person in your life that doesn't want all the advance tech. It does have a few simple games loaded on it. Hope this helps!
