I received a digital download as a gift from my spouse and NEVER received the serial number needed to complete the installation. I called best buy customer service only to be told they don't know how to give it to me. I was then transferred to the "digital download center" who would help me. This person put me on hold, then came back to tell me they can't help me and that they would have to transfer me to best buy. She said they will have it for me...what a joke! Highway robbery. We looked all through the emails, our best buy account, and our digital library under our account, which was empty. Nevermind that we're halfway into installing it. Good luck to anyone else with this problem. We will be returning it.
