The automated system is slightly confusing because I chose "need help with internet protection software" because it is the only choice that made sense. But then the system asks what kind of technical help do you need? I hit 0 and it transferred me to an agent. The first agent couldn't help me cancel and didn't know why the system wasn't allowing her to do it. The second agent said it is because my personal info was incomplete and he needed my address to put in the system for it to allow him to cancel. Once that was given he was able to cancel the account. It took about 30 minutes total- not too bad.

Please try again later.If you purchase it with your debit card you can call the manufacture directly to cancel it, but if you purchase it with best buy apparently you have to have had purchase software for three devices , if it is for one they will give you the round around, hope this help..!
