I just bought one so I still have box. From what I can see it looks like Verizon is the manufacture. I bought mine at Best Buy as a Christmas gift online so when I went in to activate at Verizon it seem like they were kind of upset to help me cause I purchased through Best Buy. Verizon customer service 800 922 0204. Also when I went to Verizon to connect watch they asked me if I wanted to add insurance on watch. Just make sure you go to a corporate Verizon not a franchise Verizon cause franchise ones don’t help at all.
