Yes. There is GPS location on it. They can text premade messages or a voice clip. Then of course they can still call or be called by those you choose.

This watch can make and receive calls as long as the number calling is on the approved numbers . The primary caregiver must add the contact number to the watch via the app so it recognizes it as approved. Random people cannot call the watch and the wearer of the watch cannot call just anyone. There is GPS where you can track your child on the app on your phone.
