Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lower pitched frequencies (such as bass) are supposed to be coming out of the subwoofer. The subwoofer's power needs to be plugged in when the sound bar is turned on. The sound bar and subwoofer should automatically be paired. The subwoofer can be no farther than 30ft. If it is not working, the unit may be defective.
