“I recently bought a vizio soundbar sb3621n-e8 and the manual says I can change bass, treble, etc but I can’t figure out how. Can someone help me? Also, when I pair my phone via Bluetooth, the music plays but is choppy, is this happening to anyone else?”

• I have same problem. pressing bass, treble or sub while using prev/next to go up or down does nothing - nada . piece of junk

• Yes there are 3 little buttons at the top press the middle one and use the up or down arrow buttons to change the settings then the left or right to do less or more bass or treble
