How is the sound ? null

Fine enough, but if it's a real concern....a very inexpensive sound bar ($60) will provide FAR greater sound than even the best of built-in TV speakers (TVs in excess of $3000). That being said, the dialog is clear, which is, in my opinion, the biggest failure of most built-in TV speakers.

I am completely satisfied with the sound. My last TV needed a sound bar to be heard. I have no problem with this TV using just the TV's speakers

Its ok compared to some if have heard. You have to turn the volume up to 30 to hear it good on the tv. There is a equalizer for different sounds. Bass boost is the best one i think.
