“Will this soundbarwork with my 2009 Vizio. I realize i wont get the full effect of Dolby Atmos since my tv is older and dont support it. Will it still hook up by using HDMI 3 and still work. My tv just has HDMI 1,2,3 and no ARC or EARC.”

No you cannot get sound out of hdmi without Arc. Will will need to connected to one of the other inputs I.e. optical, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Itll still work, you have 3 options 1..Use Optical Out which your tv should have that 2 .. or the worst option us the auxiliary input 3 .. Connect your main system to the hdmi input in the soundbar and plugging the output from the soundbar to the tv. Doing that gives what ever your system you plugged in full dolby atmos or dts x. Downside is if your tv doesnt have earc or arc your device connected to the soundbar is the only thing that will play thru the soundbar unless your do one of the first 2 options.
