Hi - Here's how you can delete a speed dial/memory numbers on the VTech SN5147. 1. Press MENU on the cordless handset in idle mode to enter the main menu. 2. Press the arrow down button to scroll to Direct memory, then press SELECT. 3. Press the arrow down button to scroll to M1, M2, M3, or M4. When the desired entry displays, press SELECT. 4. Press the arrow down button to scroll to DELETE, then press SELECT. The handset displays Confirm? 5. Press SELECT to confirm. Hope this helps!
