Yes you can with an adapter. Usually via the HDMI to mini display port. Best Buy sells such units, but not all of them are compatible with Macs so beware. I’m not sure which ones work with PCs, but to even connect my iMac to the Wacom One I had to go to Amazon for a StarTech USB-C to HDMI adapter. Hope this helps ;0)

As far as I can determine, when using the tablet, and wanting to get a display onto the tablet surface, you must unplug your monitor from the HDMI connection, and use it for the HDMI connection on the tablet itself. The other option is to leave your Monitor connected o the HDMI port on your computer, and connect the other connections to the tablet, then use your monitor which was previously connected to view the progress of your work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most likely not. Typically the HDMI connection on a monitor will be an input for that display, it will not be an output to provide data to another external monitor. The Wacom One will needs its own display connection to the host computer.
