The washer and dryer installation does not come with hoses. For liability reasons, they require you purchase new hoses for installation.

I’m not sure if they come with the washer and dryer. A lot of the manufacturers are forcing all buyers to purchase the more expensive parts from Best Buy directly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Salesman should explain they WONT use old connections. I think you have to affirmatively refuse items, but they won't set it up then. Just use new items, pay a few bucks, and it's running well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you need to order new hoses. That’s it and the installer will bring them. Read the box. They don’t last forever but are much safer than just rubber ones. Always turn the water off when done. It could save your entire basement from flooding.
