- Answer Choose a dual voltage model such as wp-560. Transformers will not work as 50 Hz will damage US/NA models.

QuestionI have the Waterpik model WP-462W, and I’m not sure how I can tell when it’s stop charging because I do not see a light. How do I know when it’s done charging or when it needs to be charged again?

QuestionHow long does it take to recharge the waterpix after the initial start up charge? There are no instructions or way to tell when the pix is recharged.

- Answer We are sorry for the confusion. The charging instructions are on page 9 under the Battery Care section of the manual. We recommend that you charge the unit overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water.

- Answer The WP-463 Cordless Plus unit is water resistant, not waterproof. We do not recommend using this unit in the shower.

- Answer This model does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water.

- Answer Yes! You simply plug it up in an outlet and charge it fully, about 24 hours to start, and then you use it until it needs charged again. I got mine beginning of July and haven’t had to recharge yet. I use it 4-5 times a week.

QuestionHave had flosser for about 4 -5 weeks have replaced batteries 3 times. Last replacement lasted 2 days. Also reservoir won’t click in place and stay. I use pik pocket tips. What flosser will work better? I Like this one.

- Answer The WaterPik WP-450 does not have a user replaceable battery. You should probably ask this question on the page for the model that does have a removable battery.

However, if the unit is a newly released version, the LED on the charging cord will be ON when the unit is charging and will turn OFF when charging has ended.
