“I've been using the Sonic Fusion 2.0 for 2 weeks, and the cord, that must be shaped into a circle to fit into the unit, is all kinked. It's very difficult to get the handle back into the cradle for re-charging. The cord is kinked. Ideas?”

It is a pain In the butt. The only negative to this unit. You just have to reshape the cords to work correctly again.
