As long as you hotspot is running on one of these, yes it will be boosted. (These frequencies cover US carrier networks)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The short answer is YES. As long as your air card and cell phone use the same carrier then it should not be a problem. The outdoor antenna is directional and must point in the direction of the nearest cell tower for your carrier. So, say your cell phone is Verizon and your hotspot is through AT&T. You point the antenna to a Verizon tower then your cell phones will get the boosted signal but it is likely that your hotspot will not. Hope this helps.
