- Answer Had two of the Geeks tell me it would remove viruses but it did nothing. Very disappointed.... Would not suggest this product to anyone.

Questionquestion about loadingI purchased a laptop by Best Buy. When I go to load this free security Webroot program it asks for a passcode by I don't have one. I remember getting an email about making sure to load it but I no longer has that email. What do I need to do?

- Answer If I remember correctly if you got the webroot in the DVD case on the back in the lower left hand corner there should be a barcode that will be labeled as your passcode. You just need to enter that at the website and it will begin to download.

Questionplease help me?About 6 months ago I brought my HP laptop and the WEBROOT Cd. I couldn't install the WEBROOT on to my laptop, because my daughter got ahold of the WEBROOT Cd case that had the Keycode on it. And now only half of the Keycode is on there. I want to install the WEBROOT on my laptop, But I don't know the full Keycode. I still have my receipt and everything. IM not sure if that will help at all. PLEASE HELP:)

- Answer its more based on the level of the processor rather than which company. for example, intel makes an i7, i5, i3, pentium, celeron, and atom. amd makes an fx, a10, a8, a6, and a4. those line up pretty well, so an intel i7 and amd fx run close to the same. in terms of system requirements, you shouldnt have a problem.
