Q: Questionis webroot no longer included in my Geek Squad membership? Is an alternate included??

• A:Answer I just learned in a conversation with support that Webroot is no longer included with the new Total. Seems counterproductive to sell a total care package without providing total care, which includes antivirus protection. Seems Total Care might be inundated fixing unprotected computers soon.

Q: QuestionHow do I download a Webroot Program to another of my computers when it says it is not available? I should be able to for 3 computers. this is only two.

• A:Answer Had to figure this one out on my own... go to the Webroot website, create a new account, just copy your serial number from your subscription services. From there you will be able to manage your subscription, download to new computers etc.

Q: QuestionI have been searching for ten minutes on how to cancel this useless Webroot subscription and the website just keeps going in circles. I see MANY other people are having the same problem. Are you that hard up for $5 Best Buy?!!?!?!?! Ridiculous!
