I just learned in a conversation with support that Webroot is no longer included with the new Total. Seems counterproductive to sell a total care package without providing total care, which includes antivirus protection. Seems Total Care might be inundated fixing unprotected computers soon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Today, 2024-07-01 I was told in BestBuy chat that Webroot is no longer included in Total care. I was given a link to purchase Webroot, which I did, in the download version. I received by email an activation code and downloaded the exe file, but opening that file merely opened my existing expired version of Webroot, with no way to enter the new activation code. One message says that 24 hours may be needed, so we will see. But this is much less convenient than the previous system in which Webroot was included in Total care.

Please try again later.just spoke with a real person at Best Buy 9/29/23 and yes, Webroot is still available with the Total Tech package. call them at the number and tell them you want it but remember to sign into your account first. don't use links from emails about renewals.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Webroot is no longer bundled with Total Tech, but it is offered as a non-auto-renew product with the $30 discount, to make the total for both Total Tech and Webroot be the $199.98. I was frustrated, at first when I saw that my Total Tech was renewed but not Webroot, but as long as I get the product and the discount, I am good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. And retail stores like Best Buy wonder why they are slowly losing relevance... this is SUPER disappointed but sadly not surprising.
