Hello Regan! We would recommend making sure your water line is fully open and you have changed your Water filter if needed. If that has been done then we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 1-800-253-1301. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your water valve is turned FULLY open at the source, which is normally under you sink at your cold water line. Make sure the valve that supplies water to your sink for the cold water is turned fully in the open position as this it the one that is tapped for the water to your refrigerator. That should solve your pressure problem, if doesn't, then you need to call a for a warranty visit as it appears as if your dispenser may be having a breakdown.
