The 7.0 Cu. Ft is the size of the drum or how much you can dry at once. I dry 2 queen size sheets, a queen size mattress cover and 2 pillow cases with plenty of room left over. I'm sure when I wash my queen size comforter I will be able to dry it with no problem. I believe the 23 cycles are referring to different setting combinations for fabric type, drying temperature and how dry you want the items to be (damp, slightly damp, dry).

Generally it means what you can get in a washer of that size you should be able to load in a single load into the dryer and it should do an adequate job of drying. As for the cycles (23) it refers to the different types of drying modes you have available on your controls (all electronic). As for the appliance it's self you will need to carefully read the instructions...probably several times to get the most out of it. Newer washers and dryers are quite different from older models but once you understand HOW TO USE THEM they do a much better job than older models. Be aware there is a learning curve.
