Hi there! It is possible that your unit could be overfilled with litter. The unit will dump any excess litter above the line during the cycle process. Please ensure your litter is filled at least 1/4in below the fill line. If you are using a heavier litter, we recommend 1/2in below the fill line. If it’s not overfilled, it’s possible the sifting screen is damaged. Please inspect the inside and outside of the globe for any possible damage. If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team as they would be eager to assist you.
