Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Per the OEM website: https://www.litter-robot.com/blog/best-litter-for-litter-robot/ At home, I use the wholesale club Scoop Away 4 pack litter. One of the 4 pack is perfect up to the fill line. There's coupons available too sometimes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have read any litter that has clumping properties work! So clay and crystal clumping litters are good to go! I’ve never heard about paper based so that I am un sure of. And you do not have to use and specific brand!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for reaching out! Litter-Robot simply requires clumping litter. We recommend a high-quality, standard-weight, clay-based clumping litter. Some silica gel litter beads and crystals can also be used with Litter-Robot, as long as they pass through the screen. However, translucent or white-colored litter (most often seen in crystal litter) may impact the litter level and Drawer Full Indicator (DFI) accuracy in Litter-Robot 4. Plant-based litters may also work, but these tend to form looser clumps that can cause condensation in the waste drawer. When using a plant-based litter, we recommend emptying the waste drawer and cleaning more frequently. Litters that do not work in Litter-Robot are the strictly absorbent, non-clumping or loose-clumping litters, newspaper-based litters, and absorbent wood pellet litter. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
