Hello! Thank you for your question and for your interest in WHOOP! If you purchase your WHOOP 4.0 from Best Buy, it still comes with the same warranty as listed on our site. Please feel free to review it here: support.whoop.com/s/article/WHOOP-Warranty-Policy. The only difference is if you decide to return your WHOOP and cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will need to return the device to Best Buy for a refund and cancelation. We do not have any information about device upgrades at this time and are fully supporting and updating the WHOOP 4.0. If a newer version of WHOOP becomes available, we will let all of our members know their options to upgrade at that time.
