• Thank you for your inquiry. The capacity of the minimum capacity of white rice that can be cooked is 1 cup. The capacity listed for all rice cookers are the maximum capacity for cooking raw short grain white rice, measured in the rice measuring cup (approximately 3/4 US standard cup).
