I got these for playing PUBG on a PC, and they are perfect for that, with excellent, rich sound and precise volume control. The 7.1 surround, once I tweaked it and got used to it, lets me hear direction and even footsteps in the next building sometimes. I only have a couple of small gripes. On the PC they only work as 7.1 wirelessly; the included USB cable is only for recharging, and the regular plug only does stereo. Also, even though it has a great soft headband, my sensitive head does feel the weight of them after about an hours play. Still, I got them for a great price at Best Buy and wholly endorse them. My local store had a set out I could try on first even.

I love this headset. It is comfortable, has great sound, clear microphone, lights up (even though you can't see it while you wear it), programmable keys, wireless, charges quickly. I see no drawbacks to this product other than the price. But I think it is worth it.

Good if you wear glasses. Not too heavy. Comfortable for long sessions. Software can be a pain to set up and the profiles are sketchy therefore the four stars.

Purchased these as my PC only headphones. Hooked them up, got everything working on my new Windows 10 PC. Everything seemed great, sound was good, headphones were comfortable, wireless or wired, cool lights I never use, flip down mic that picks up my voice great. Then the headset went into sleep mode. That is when everything started to crumble. The headset would go into sleep mode weather plugged in or not to save power. Seems like a good idea, except then the mic software disconnects and I had to completely shut down the PC in order to get it to work again. Talk about an unnecessary pain. Called Logitech support and a guy got online to help fix the issue. Seemed very nice and worked with me to get this functioning properly as he said this seemed like an isolated issue. Long story short, we sort of fixed the problem. At least I do not have to reboot or shut down the PC to get them to work, but now when the PC is turned on, or the headphones go into sleep mode the mic still mutes. I can now just go into my Logitech Gaming Software and unmute it and it works. A bit of a pain, and why I did not give them 5 stars. Software should not mute the mic and it just seems weird. Overall if I removed the issue with the mic, I have enjoyed these headphones. I have used Turtle beach Elite800, XP500 and Tritton AX 720 PRO headsets. As far as comparing these, comfort the logitech are great, better than the Turtle Beaches and are on par with the Tritton's. Sound I would say they are pretty good, not as good at the others, but they are $100 cheaper than all of them and if you have not used a high end $300 headset, these will sound awesome. If you have used a $300 headset, you will give up some sound quality but not $100 less in sound quality in my opinion, so you are getting a pretty good deal.

I purchased this to replace my G633. I'm glad I did and I feel I should have bought this to begin with. Note to perspective owners, you will need to use the Logitech Gaming Software. You will need to update firmware. Be prepared to read a lot on Reddit to do this successfully. Also, this will not be fully functional in a USB 3.0 port (USB 2.0 only). If you can deal with that then this is your headset. The long charge, wireless capability, RGB, and profile-specific memory settings will make this a gaming headset you'll want. It's decently comfy for extended gaming periods as well.

I have been through two pair of the Sony Gold Wireless headsets due to there being a structural flaw in the headband. I got tired of this and my search led me to very few headsets that were worth anything and all of them over a hundred dollars. I have many logitech products and almost all of them have been high quality and very durable. The g933's are very durable and do not suffer a lot of the flaws other 3rd party ps4 headsets suffer from. However, I will say that the new platinum would probably be a better buy simply because you get all the extra benefits of custom settings, it's probably going to be cheaper after awhile (it isn't right now), and a battery life indicator. Since these were cheaper at the time and I didn't want to risk another bad rendition of the same thing, this headset has been great. The lows are excellent, the highs are crisp, mids are a bit weak but I chalk that up to the zeitgeist of typical consumer tastes, and I can wear them for long periods of time. The ear muffs are cloth versus leather which makes them much cooler to wear, longer. Also, they have this feature that you can monitor your own voice in the mix so that was a huge upgrade for me. Being able to talk in a normal tone of voice has been nice. I definitely recommend if you have the money and want a solid ps4 wireless headset. I'm a regular Destiny player so a good headset is crucial to the experience if you raid and PvP often. This is one of them.

The G933 is an amazing headset. I truly love the features especially being wireless. What is great about the product would be the replaceable battery. If it gets worn out in a couple years, I know I could just get a new one versus getting a new headset. Def. got a lot for my money when it comes to Logitech products. It doesn't get a 5 star rating due to the fact that after a couple hours my neck does hurt quite a bit. It is a bit on the heavier end and you have to wear it a bit towards the front of your head to prevent it from slipping or falling off.

I got this headset as I work from home and I wanted something with a reliable battery life, this headset has a 12 hour battery life and can go 2 days in between charges, the sound is great and I have always trusted Logitech as a heat company for computer needs, the only downside is for me there is sometimes a lull in between calls and after five minutes the headset will turn off, I solved this problem by playing iTunes in between calls as long as the headset is being used it will stay on, searching forums I have found no way to bypass the sleep mode, other then that this would have been a five star

this is probably one of the best headsets I've had the audio is great and very immersive with the closed ear headset design. Having the wireless model being able to tie into multiple channels comes in real handy when you're playing a video game on your computer and you have an incoming call on your cell phone. I have noticed also I will hear my windows 10 alert notification from facebook when I'm playing a game very useful. The design of the headset is sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. As for the microphone it takes away nicely on the side of the headset and people I've played with online say that I sound very clear. as for the 16 million color LED light show that this headset can give out, you can turn that option off if you wish but is kind of neat when you have friends over or you want to turn your head into some kind of graphical equalizer going along with your tunes.

I like this headset so much that I made sure I kept the same model (Had the original model, which the headset wouldn't stay connected to the dongle, then replaced it with the same one, only for that one come with an issue where it couldn't be used with the USB cable plugged in for some reason). But I rely a lot on the Logitech software since almost all the peripherals I own are Logitech. So I wanted to keep that ecosystem intact. So bought this Arctic model. Sound is really nice for the price. Mic picks up clear enough my friends don't complain. It's comfortable for a decent amount of time, though because of the memory foam, after some time, it will start to make one sweat. But I definitely recommend it. (Especially for the ecosystem, not perfect is the software don't get me wrong, but it works)

I will admit, these look kind of big and dopey. Don’t be fooled by the looks, because these cans are excellent. The surround sound is fantastic- it lends to a truly immersive experience. In PvP games, the G933’s clear sound let me hear things that I couldn’t with my old Corsair headphones. This has been critical in getting kills (and not being killed) in PUBG. The controls are fairly simple. Dial behind left ear controls the volume, button to mute your microphone, etc... Logitech has software to download to control the RGBs, the audio mix, and “G” buttons on the headphones. It is simple to use, and it works. The battery life has been about 3 days between charges, but if it dies while using, it can be used wired to keep you playing.

I was very pleased with Logitech's newest model of wireless headphones. They have all the features of the G930 and more. Excellent battery life (I've never run them down in a single day off a full charge) good range throughout my 1800 sq ft 2 story house. The little changes are what really made me happy. A switch for power instead of a button. Being able to store the dongle inside them if you are on the go. Being able to use them with a phone, or other 3.5mm sources. The updates to the software also solved the much complained about issues with sleep times. While I don't generally use the LEDs, they do match nicely with my Orion Spark keyboard and Proteus core mouse. Overall build quality makes me confident they will last longer than my 2 year old G930s.

The sound qualities is amazing quite immersive when gaming. Wireless battery lasts for quite sometime and the RGB lighting is any gamers dream! While I thoroughly enjoy these headphones, they are not as confortable as one would hope. Short or long sessions wearing these headphones I find myself having to adjust them quite a bit. They do also slip off quite easily when moving about. All in all great headphones but still has a bit to go in the ways of comfort.

I upgraded to the Logitech G933 Artemis this winter and I couldn’t be happier! Until this headset I had been exclusively using another popular brand. The decision to switch came after thorough research, and I consider it one of my best investments in my gaming experience. The price point was right so I made the switch. I’ve found this headset to be surprisingly comfortable. I have a history of headaches caused by the pressure from this style of headphone, however the Artemis is highly adjustable and doesn’t feel like a burden to wear. I’m also a little technologically inept so I was grateful to find these were intuitive and user friendly. The sound quality immerses the player straight into the game scenery, where the user can hear each and every detail of the environment. It’s a magical experience. Use the Artemis for music and you’ll be blown away by the newfound depth of your chosen tracks. Also great for intense multiplayer gaming sessions, I’ve had no issues in game or party chat and appreciate the clarity of the discourse. Even better, as long as I have this headset on I can’t hear my obnoxious roommates on the other side of the wall! I’ve only had the Artemis for a couple months now, but I use it constantly and have no complaints thus far!! The sound quality alone makes it a wise investment. The myriad of other perks make the Artemis a necessity.

I've been using this headset for about a month now, and I have to say that I am completely happy with my purchase. I've used this completely with windows 10, so I can confirm that any earlier issues with the operating system have been resolved. Setup wasn't completely painless as I had to update drivers manually and mess with the sound settings within Windows, but it wasn't tricky and should have been expected. The sound quality is great and people have said my voice is crystal clear. Additionally, the on-mic volume control is nice, although the on-mic mute button can be a pain to hit. Overall it's a very nice set with a decent range (I'll wear it from the living room to my bedroom and back without losing connection).

I've had Turtle Beach and Hyperx Cloud brand, my goodness, this Logitech headset blew these brand off the shelf. In the past I've always bought Turtle Beach wired kind but was very skeptical of their wireless model. So i decided to kick in a little extra to try something new and got this one. I'm very glad i did, the bass comes in very deep and the clarity comes in very clean. There are some interference but not as bad, again you are dealing with wireless unless you wired them in with your console/devices. However you can make this Logitech wired as well as an option. I've done many research on finding the right headset to play on my PS4 but seem to not find the right one that fits my criteria until now. My co-worker also recommended this headset as he is also a gamer. This headset comes with a standard 2 year limited warranty, in the past with my turtle beach headset, the volume/mic controller line suddenly died out on me after a year later of use. Pros-very comfortable on your head for longtime play. I can charge and play at the same time. Wireless so no more wires laying around. Option to wired them if needed to. Bass like no tomorrow. Can be use with other devices like PC and Xbox. Cons- Some wireless interference. When first open the package, the cover for the battery compartment came off easily Battery use is about 3 hours. I really do recommended this headset to anyone who is in a market for an excellent headset. This is a perfect gift for any gamer as well.

I've purchased these before, and repurchased them only after numerous friends flung them off playing VR. There is a known issue where the mic won't unmute, but that can be worked around by turning off the headset, plugging in the USB cable, then plugging in the wireless dongle, and then powering on the headset before selecting the G933 device. Aside from that, crystal clear comms, great audio, and decent base. Plus it's wireless :)
