I was very thankful for the assistance provided to me in updating some hardware components of my personal desktop computer. My five-year-old custom rig was in need of a wipe and fresh start, which was beyond my current skill set. This was accomplished with the assistance of Geek Squad. However, my desktop shell was damaged while in the care of Geek Squad which has flawed the internal view window. I am disappointed with the lack of attention to this damage which was not listed or pointed out to me when I picked up the computer. Now, I plan to save for a replacement shell/siding and will discontinue my Tech Support annual subscription after it expires.

This was a very good investment for us. With Virtual education currently happening. We definitely needed this security to ensure no hiccups with our laptops. We have utilized this Geek Squad support several times the past few months and are very satisfied with results.

Well worth the money!!!....Took my desktop and laptop in on multiple occasions since I purchased and every time the Geek Squad handles the task at hand and every time the member ship pays for itself for upgrades and repairs.

The services provided with the tech support plan have already saved me much money since I joined last Spring. I recommend this service without a doubt. Also, the techs don't try to push new products on you even if you need a replacement.

Well, so far, i was intentionally over charged, and my two month, $900 Lenovo was taken home by an employee, destroyed, and intentionally ruined. Best Buy cant even control their service station, then they should not be in buisness.

I’m so disappointed in this purchase- while it serves my needs it definitely left the warehouse with an unsightly dent in the corner! Poor quality control from Best Buy online shopping.

Recently made good use of this membership. The GS guys help me set up my son new Macbook Pro, mirror image of my old one which they also helped me erase and reset for trade in. I found it to be worth it specially if you have couple of kids in college.

I am a skeptical guy when presented with this type of service. It seemed to me that was it was an expensive service. My laptop battery got big, like a swollen hand. The rate for regular service is not that low so, the associate explained the numbers to me and it made some sense. little did I Know all that is covered with this plan. Not buying it is a no brainer! I have used it a lot and I am very happy with it.

The service was fast and they help me out with get the information from my hard drive in my computer and recover all my college document. Was a lifesaver in middle of my final test of semester.

I liked employees attendance. They are very helpful. What I don't like is that if the computer has a problem before 90 days after buying it, we cannot request a credit to the credit card.

Its highly advisable to get total tech support for your tech products. (Computer). You never know when something will go wrong and you will need Geek squad and Total Tech support. I'm glad I have it and feel secure knowing I can bring it in whenever I need to. Thank you Best buy!!

The investment for the tech support was well worth it, my computer cleaned and returned to me usable. I’m very happy with the service! I think anyone who maybe having troubles with their electronic devices should consider tech support by Best Buy.
