It's excellent with Mac users and Microsoft. The toners are long lasting, scanning, and duplex everything make this very useful in the office or at home. Tons of functions I only wish they made this EXACT printer without FAX

Easy set up but we notice that there is a long delay for the printer to process the data before it actually prints. Printing quality is excellent.

Always brother printers!

Get a brother laser and you will have no more printer headaches. Also just found out it has lifetime technical support. This is my third brother but not because I've replaced any but because I need more. My first one is still flawless after 10 years.

Seemed like everytime I wanted to print, I was out of ink and the printer was discontinued so no ink near home. Finally broke down and bought this, a real printer!! It works when I ask it too, and very pleased. I figure it's office grade so less likely the refill, when I need , will be hard to find. Probably could have bought two of these just from all the injet printers and ink I bought over the years.

It is a great printer for the price and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend, cheaper to replace these than it is to fix them anymore.

I have owned HPs, Epson, etc. Brother has never missed a beat. The only thing that has not been resolved is Best Buy applying my points for this purchase. I have conatcted them 3 times and it still doesnt show
