The Canon printer, scanner, copy, fax, and etc... It was so amazing I also bought another one for a family member when their printer broke and tight on funds to help them out. This is black & white printer so DO NOT Expect to print color pages... But this is the best B&W printer I had ever owned this year. Thank you to Best Buy for all your good customer services and still in business for us to shop locally has been great overall experiences as well. Keep up the great work! **Thank you for having courteous security guards at the door it's wonderful safe experiences by providing excellent feelings only at Palmdale & AV experiences as well. Great printer. It was easy to set up, is fast, and has a quality printout. It has a top of the line set of features with copy, scan, and fax. It is the third Canon printer that I have set up for friends and myself. All have worked flawlessly and are still working after many years.

Works pretty good. It goes to sleep and doesn't wake up at odd times. There must have been a software update on either the printer or my Mac because it used to not wake up when I tried to print from my Mac and I had to manually wake it up (by pressing the start button), but now it appears to wake up and print most of the time. I have no idea why it does this. This issue doesn't appear to be a problem on my PC, but I'm running different programs on the PC compared to Office for the Mac. Otherwise print quality is good, It's a bit noisy when it starts up - which surprises one of our dogs, I haven't tried to compatible cartridges yet. We'll see how those work. The compatible cartridges are about 25% of the cost of the Canon cartridges.

This has been reliable, the software is easy, the image/text quality is great, it prints fast, and the toner lasts a ling time—no need to keep biying ink like with inkjet printers. If you dont need color, this is the way to go!

Just a wonderful printer. Reliable. I have printed a lot of copies on just one of the printer rolls. I would definitely recommend this printer for home and office. Great product.

I just love this printer. I was so sick of ink jet printers that are cheap, but have astronomically priced ink that gets used up in one print job before the printer finally breaks the day after the warranty expires. This printer is a solution to that, if you know what I’m talking about. Yes, laser printer ink is expensive, but this thing can print thousands of pages on one cartridge. It always works. If you want a photo printer, this is not that. If you have to print documents sometimes or are a writer, just buy this. So easy to set up, so solid. Say goodbye to drop kicking broken ink jet printers that are unfixable rubbish. Say hello to printer heaven.

Before I purchase this printer I bought an Epson and a Brother printer. I returned both of them. The canon printer is easier to use and better quality print and better quality scannned docs. I like it and it has a lot of options.

The Canon ImageClass mf455DW. Thi is best printer I have had. It is very easy to operate, prints very well and fast ( I did 150 copies in about 3 minutes. I found it easy for me to make copies and the screen was easy to understand. After 2 other models over the past 2+ years, this is by far the best.

I switched from ink jet to this laser jet printer. The ink jet required 5 cartridges [black and various colors] were so expensive and they dried out pretty quick since I don't print very often). This laser jet printer only requires black toner and you can buy generic brand toner. Set up of this printer was easy. Just follow instructions on the keypad.

This is the best printer I have had in years. I am a sole proprietor and need a fast, reliable, good quality printer. After trying MANY brands, I chose this Canon about one month ago and I am glad I did. It is consistent in quality, quick to respond without hesitation or incidents, like jamming. I am thankful I found it!!!

Very solid b/w laser printer. Entry level, but as an all in one printer, it gets our daily job done. My office has about 8 of these, working great after 5 months of use.

This printer is used by volunteers at a grade school who teach math to 4th and 5th graders. We print the handouts used by the students for their weekly math enrichment program taught by the volunteers. It prints clearly and produces documents in a fast manner.

Have always used toner and paid a fortune in replacement cartridges. Really wanted a laser and this one got really good reviews. Just started using the printer and am very please with it. Larger than others, but, seem pretty solid and hoping it will last for years.
