Thanks Geek Squad for installation of my dash cam. Though the email notes without rear dash cam installation, in actuality, I coordinated with Geek Squad to install the rear camera also once I obtained the additional wiring. I appreciate their flexibility and work.

These fine, upstanding " Geek Squad " gentalman were FANTASTIC! I don't see this kind of genuine, quality, professional service like this very often so when I do I have to give homage. I was scheduled to have my dash cameras installed and hardwired and they did just that. They went above and beyond their call of duty. They were friendly, knowledgeable and empatheic of all my needs. My only gripe I have is I wish I could've gotten these men names... If you want exceptional service head on over to Best Buy in Florence, Ky,  you won't regret your decision, I know I didn't. I hope to do more business in the future with these guys.

The Geeks get it done right, every time. At least for me. Similar to the other projects, this experience was first-rate. Installation started on time, finished ahead of schedule, looks great and works perfectly. Reasonable prices too.

I received top notch installation and service. My Geek made sure I understood how to operate my dashcam and answered all my questions before I left. I even know how to snap it off to bring inside. What a patient soul!

As Always my installation is exciting and a learning curve for me. My installer is a Delight. Hardworking, Handsome, always goes above and beyond.

Logan is the Man!! He is so smart. He wired in my dual car cam. It’s installed perfectly. No really, by perfect I do mean perfect. He placed both cameras so I cannot see them from the drivers seat. Both are perfectly centered. Wires are straight and tight. Nothing hanging. Logan is SA-WEEEEEEEEET!! Thanks Logan bruhdude. Jesse

I believe the installer’s name was Robert. He did an awesome job installing my dash camera. He explained what he was going to do. He completed the job in about an hour. Program the camera and adjusted it to meet my requirements.

I purchased a dashcam and had them run the power wire to my battery. It works properly and I do not see the wire.

January 18, 2021 at 3:45 pm I had appointment with Geek Squad to install rear dash cam wire and route underneath trunk trim. The 2 employees that did the service were incredibly rude and disrespectful. One of them actually yelled at me to pull my mask up over my nose. On top of the less than stellar customer service, I recently discovered the wire they routed was cut in half and then crudely duck-taped back together! I discovered this while attempting to diagnose issues with my dash cam not recording. The cut wire was the issue….This wire being cut in half was obviously their fault and was never mentioned to me after service was complete. I paid over $60 for my property to be destroyed and to be treated like dirt in the process. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would however, recommend the Altoona, PA Best Buy GeekSquad location.

I have to come back again to have my rear camera to be moved to a different spot because the wiring was installed over the weatherstrip and when I was in the car wash. I noticed that it was dripping inside my RX350 cargo. I was disappointed and I have to come back to have it installed properly and I noticed that my rear defroster is not working. And he attached the rear camera right where the defrosterwire is exposed.

This dash cam started off very good, but lately I’m having issue with the rear view camera login off and on repeatedly.

This was the worst experience I have had at best buy in my entire shopping history. 1) I don't understand the value of having an apportionment, if someone with a later Appt comes in after me and his car is started before mine. 2) I gave them the box but we had no discussion on the installation process. So i wasn't happy with the out come. I didn't realize the camera only operates when the car was on. When i discussed my requirements with a best buy associate before purchasing the camera that didn't come up. This is my first dash cam. I was looking for one that would come on/activate when someone breaks in or hits the car. The associate that did the install didn't explain how the install would work. When i asked why no one called or explained this to me. I was told by the associate “I just install the camera”. 3) the car was left a mess. I had finger prints on the windshield and dash. Also, there was a small amount of damage was done. See pictures. I wouldnt recommend this service to my worst enemy.

It's the worst installation not waiting more than 2 hours even not makes me happy. The dashcam keeps falling on. I installed on Rockville, MD location my Sienna 2021 Last year that so super work he did but on Wheaton,MD location disaster work on my Toyota Highlander.
