Easy Setup, amazing response, the last one is 12 years old so this was a major upgrade, all devices (iphones, ipad, pc, macbook) connect with ease, easy touch menu, fast printing, so many options on paper, easy install of ink, amazing software, amazing copier/scanner, I would recommend for most small businesses working out of home or small office, I don't have a landline so I was unable to test fax, though I have no use for a fax....

I recently traded in my 12 year old HP Office jet (took advantage of Best Buy trade in program). Having done research to replace my HP printer. I found the Epson WF-3820 to give the best value with all the features I was use to on my HP. Set was easy and I like that the display screen will remind me for any updates. Another key feature is the paper tray hold more paper (200 sheets) then comparable printers. The printer is use in an home office environment.

My nephew took it out of the box and removed tape and put in the inks. When I arrived I needed to do the setup with my computer and print out an important paper, sign it, and scan it in and then email it back. It worked and I am a senior citizen. I just tried scanning a legal-sized paper by feeding it in the feeder. Remember that the platten is only the standard 8 1/2 x 11. It did scan the whole legal-sized paper. Note that if you have to print on both sides, the printer stops and you have to turn the paper over to get the second side to print. The printer software does tell you this. I still need to practice on this so that I don't print the second side of the paper on top of the first side! It seems sturdy and able to do what I want. Also, it has a black cartridge and separate cartridges for cyan, yellow, and magenta. I like this since some printers stop working if even one color runs out and forces you to replace the whole color cartridge, but, again, this has separate cartridges, which is a plus. Other reviews say that the cartridges will be expensive to replace and the printer is fixed so that it does not work with other brands of inks that are cheaper. I read a lot of reviews and this printer seemed to be the best for my needs and the best priced relative to wanting a printer that could scan legal-sheets on both sides, that was a flatbed printer, and that had at least 4 printer cartridges. If it could print automatically on both sides it would be even better; however, most of the printers I looked at cost a lot more or did not have one of the features I mentioned. Having the Feeder was a plus so that this printer could copy a legal-sized paper although the platten is not legal-sized. Other printers that I have had are much larger and more expensive. Also, it has fax capabilities. I would recommend this.

I have had a Epson WF printer for at least 12 years. I recently purchased the WorkForce Pro WF-3820 printer to replace it. It is an excellent printer with a lot of features. Easy to use and the color is outstanding even with the blending of colors. The lettering is crystal clear. It is a very fast printer. I am really glad I stayed with the WF series. I should get many years of use.

Love this printer. Works great. Always owned an Epson and always will. It does seem to use a lot more ink than the XP-320 did. But the print quality is awesome. I Just wished I had researched the cost of ink cartridges (T822 & T822XL) for the WF-3820, compared to my old XP-320 (T220 & T220XL). The T822’s have a higher price tag vs the T220’s. But I am still pleased with my choice and purchase.

Great little printer for my office at home. Does everything I need it to and has a pretty easy setup process. Just make sure you know that if you want to use the air print feature it has to connect through a 2.4 ghz network connection.

I chose this model over a regular home use printer because I use my printer for work as well. I tend to have internet connection problems with the typical home use printers, but not the case with this Epson model, as it is designed for Pros or businesses.

Replaced older 3 in 1 Epson printer with Epson Workforce Pro WF 3820 with similar features. Very good sale price with a trade in credit for my old Epson. Very acceptable print quality. Only thing I don’t care for is the much smaller touch screen controller.

This printer is great! I brought it home and had it setup in no time. My laptop doesn’t have a cd/dvd drive so I used my phone with the app. It was so easy to set it up wireless. I’d recommend it to everyone.
