Sure it takes a few seconds to connect to your phone, but its still fun. The only adjustment i would make is rhe length of the cord. Otherwise nobody had had a problem hearing me, and i havent had problems hearing others.

Fun to use wish it had a longer cord but other then that always bring a smile when we use it

What a great throwback to childhood. All it needs is the string to pull it behind me and it’s perfect. Fisher Price has outdone themselves. I truly hope whoever came up with idea got a promotion. Every time I pick it up to use it, I have a huge smile on my face. My daughter keeps trying to steal it from me.

Attention grabber when using it around people, rhey think i am joking and amazed that it works and the rotary dialer so awesome

What a fun device. Sits on my desk at work. People love to play with it.

Terrible quality problems. First unit was missing the cap in the center of the dial which bears the FP logo revealing 3 screws rendering the toy unfinished and no longer cute. The audio was terrible and had frequent buzzing noises. Bought a second unit which did come intact with the cap, no buzzing noise, and much better sound quality, but the dial gets stuck and doesn't return after dialing a number. Ordered a third unit and will update the review once received to see how that one fares.

Charges up with a USB-C cable and comes up saying "Hi there!" and easily pairs to your phone. To answer the questions: Yes, the wheels roll and the eyes wiggle when you do. There's a switch on the bottom to lock the wheels so it doesn't roll around when you're trying to be serious. Yes, it rings (and has a speaker). It sounds like an old mechanical phone bell (played through the speaker). Yes. you dial it by putting your finger in and turning the dial like an old phone. It announces the digits as you do so. * and # are at the end of the dial. Only downside is the handset cord is a little short, but you can buy an extension (it's a four pole 3.5mm with male plugs on boh ends).

So great! Take a trip to the past. This phone worked great and was easy to use. Little expensive though.

Fun little diversion. I never had a Chatter phone growing up even though I always wanted one, so I corrected that in the best possible way. I loaded a toy telephone ring mp3 on my Android to use for this. Love it even more since you actually need to dial numbers. That will teach some patience to those of you who grew up spoiled with instant connections! ;)

Feels solid. Nice details thought out like a lock for wheels. Speaker phone double as a general Bluetooth speaker. Could not be more pleased or absolutely delighted by it! My only gripe is the handset cord is a bit short/but that also keeps the look clean. Once it’s charged I won’t be chained to one spot so the cord length will be less of a problem. LOVE THIS! Best piece of tech I’ve bought it many years. Still giggling to myself over it.

Not sure if I got this for myself or my daughter. I'll connect my phone to it and make calls just for fun. But then my daughter likes playing with the dial and rolling it around to make the eyes move. Great but of nostalgia and bringing my childhood to the new age.

This is sooo cool! It works just like you would expect it to. Bluetooth to phone. Speaker option. Phone quality is great. Sound is great. I love it.

This is a fun toy for adults or kids! Bluetooth connectivity with retro dial pad. Really something special!

Wish I could’ve got this in the first round for $60 but I’m happy to have not had to pay eBay prices for it

First off this looks like a great product and while i cannot compare it directly to tbe original it is good. The blue cable is like 3 inches long, so making a legitimate call on this is difficult. $60 is also rich for the low quality technology side of things, but i bought it so who is the real dummy?

I waited until Christmas morning to unbox my new "toy," and I have had nothing but fun with it ever since. I was amused to see that instructions on how to operate a rotary phone dial were included (since I am old enough to remember how the dial works). The first call was long distance to my mother, and there were no problems with connecting and speaking to her. Chatter will become my "work phone" for my home office in the new year.

Love it! It actually works and it’s so cute. It easily connects to the mobile phone. You can make calls by dialling the old fashion way, too!
