I've had this laptop now for a while and so far so good. I have had no issues with it. It runs smoothly, the graphics are nice. The response time is generally great. I do recommend this for the general user though. I do play games frequently and some work fine but I have run into some issues with not being able to play some games on it. The speakers are nice but the sound doesn't carry very well. The touchpad is a tad sensitive for my taste but overall a great buy and I am not disappointed in my purchase.

I brought this for my Wife she like it but my girls took it over from her they really love the touch screen. The laptop itself is pretty fast it was worth paying 580 for it.

I purchased this as an anniversary gift for my fiancee & he loved it! It's his first laptop and music is his first love so the beats by dre speakers and the other music programs that came with it are amazing! Good for the price and I am considering getting one for myself as well! I also love the way its styled! the red and black and slimness of the laptop gives it a sleek look! I'm more than satisfied with the product!

This computer is awesome! I love the big screen, the touch screen is so helpful. The sound system is not what I expected & the red keys are hard to see without keyboard light on. Other than that, I love it!!

I did a lot of research before purchasing a laptop computer. I found this HP with Beats Audio sound. It's good looking; I enjoy the backlit keyboard; as well as the touch of the keys. There is also a touch screen available if you enjoy using that feature. It's a very nice computer!

Purchased this for my son who is starting high school, fantastic amount of storage, very quick , and we have had no issues!

This laptop is great for people with tons of pictures, songs and videos with 1 TB you can go crazy with adding stuff and still not fill up the hard drive. it also sound so good with Beats Audio it even have Bluetooth so you can play music from your smartphone and the 8 GB of ram is really good for speed and multitasking.

I was not expexting to love this laptop the way that i do. It's fast an it has many extra features you'll grow to love an need. Good job hp only brand I buy

Everything works great not as loud as actual beats tho. They are using the name to sell more but other than that its a good laptop

I bought the beats special edition laptop as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Just a month before Christmas her computer needed a new battery and all I could do without giving away the fact that I had already bought this one as a gift was to say, "we'll get one after Christmas". Needless to say, she was over the moon when she opened the gift and more importantly I didn't need to buy a new battery!

Looked greT had everthing I wanted but what I thought would be the best part of it, the sound system was so quiet you could only hear it if you were right up on it. Sound system by dr. Dre , I don't think sooo!

My 4 year old plays on it alot and I love the touch screen when this one breaks I will keep with the same one.

I love this computer!! It's great all around. The battery dies pretty quickly though.

This laptop is awesome I like the way it looks and works but it could be better if the battery lasts longer.

Great laptop. I wanted one with a 1tb Hard Drive with a built in disc drive. The backlit keyboard is a great extra. The speaker sound quality is fair but I have quite a few bluetooth speakers I can link it up to. My daughter loves the touchscreen. She can get on Netfilix in a flash and she loves to navigate through the menus. I got what I wanted and didn't have to spend a fortune.

If you need speed and accessibility, this is the laptop for you very easy to use and great specs is which got me hooked

My son said it's the greatest thing he ever possess. It helps a lot with his projects at school.

HP builds a quality product. As always the device feels solid in the hand. Not too heavy for a large laptop. Definitely stands out with the red and black casing and Beats logo

The features on paper seems great but on practice.. it falls short. 1-Main problem is the OS Windows 8.1 2-It uses your Microsoft account to start and run the laptop. Thankfully, I found a way to use a pin instead of the e-mail password. 3-Battery last less than 7 hours on regular performance. Most importantly, battery is LOOSE, won't lock. 4-Keyboard it's not perfect, so you need to hit hard and look for any unwritten letter. Keyboard illumination is good. 5- Mouse seems like it might break at some point, and won't obey the commands as listed by HP. 6- It's not as hot as my previous HP laptop, which is good. Overall, it's ok.. but I wonder if it's going to last a year at least. I really bought these on a hurry and because of the brand and 'cause I know there are worst.... I'm still wondering what should I do with this laptop. It was less than 24-hours ago that I bought it! :/
