This was purchased to replace a previous LaserJet printer, which was very slow and lacked a lot of features. This printer is a work horse of a printer capable of supporting a smaller workgroup of folks. It has Ethernet connectivity and USB support. Wireless is available on the 4201dnw but if your using Ethernet there is a pretty good chance you already have wireless in the location its being used so to me that was money saved. The duplex printing is also a nice feature to help save money on paper and the environment. Setup of the printer was straight forward, unbox, pull of shipping tape, add paper, plug in ethernet cable, and plug into wall. Windows 11 picked up printer with no drivers or anything having to be done. Used printer-based controls to get the IP address of unit and connected and configure it the rest of the way from the built in management webpage, which i included a picture of in this review. Printer is very fast, even in duplex mode. Colors are bright and vivid and another great thing about this printer compared to most is that there is no ink that will be drying up and unavailable when you need color like there is when you use an inkjet printer. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase of this printer and it has been a welcome addition to my tech stack.

This printer was very easy to set up straight out of the box. I was set up and printing color images and multiple documents within minutes. Having the flexibility to use the Ethernet connection or USB allows multiple users in the house to connect and print. The print quality is really nice and I am glad that it has instant ink so I never have to worry about running out of ink. The printer is actually really quiet and it prints very fast. The knob for control gets some getting used to but besides that it is very intuitive to use.

While the print quality thus far is fine, I was not happy when the printer hung up and I had to figure out that I needed to change to a different USB port to make the printer print again. Also, I disdain the control knob which replaced the touch screen panel on the older HP printer that I discarded. I don't know why anyone at HP considered this better - probably some kind of cost reduction is all I can figure. In addition, while the printer has duplexing capabilities, it would not duplex print my Publisher item; I had to manually reinsert the paper to print the other side. Maybe I can figure out what I am doing wrong to make it duplex in Publisher; works fine in Word. Small things but irritating when my old HP worked so well from the beginning until the print quality dropped off sharply and repairing it would have cost more than a new Printer. On the other hand, maybe I should have had it repaired. (Smiley Face emoji)

We needed a fast efficient and accurate printer. This is now the best printer we’ve had and meets every need we were searching for. It’s seamless to wirelessly print, and the app works amazing for multiple services, even faxing. It’s not copier, but with today’s apps and technology that no longer matters, and we’ve been able to use this printer for everything we need. Very satisfied!

Very nice printer, by far the best color printer I've purchased. Easy to set up and use. The quality of the color prints is excellent and the printer speed is very fast as well. I would have bought a color laser printer long ago but they were too expensive for me back then. Great product at a very resonable price now.

Printer might be fine (hasn't arrived yet), but Best Buy delivery has been delayed twice - not acceptable at all. I could've chosen other merchants but went with Best Buy due to past excellent experience. I do not have the required replacement business tool in hand without, and that too without recourse - BB says I cannot cancel this order

worked great for the first month or so. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall the driver at least once a week to get the printer to function properly. Will not print on both sides of paper so uses double the paper. Can not detect paper in the tray. Would not buy again but am stuck with it now.
