It took 4 installation attempts before finally completing the job. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion & it is a little difficult to install an aftermarket stereo and I will say both staff members were kind & never gave up. That being said, the $500 installation kit I paid for (not at Best Buy) should have allowed for steering wheel control but that wasn't accomplished although both the installation kit & stereo says it can be done, neither was the Ford Sync maintained when again, it should have. When I suggested purchasing the additional item that the stereo brand recommended for swc (which I had to begin with but was told by the employee that it wouldn't be needed because the installation kit comes with all the connections needed & to return the part) I was told I'd be charged another installation fee & that it "can't" be done. Why should I have to pay another installation fee when it should have been taken care of already. I definitely won't be going back to that location for any installment work

Finished within time promised. I suggest you NEVER order installation ONLINE! NEVER! What you should be doing is to go in in person to the Installation Department and talk to the installation guys and they can explain to you what you need to order and what you wanted to be installed. THEN they can order all the parts base on what you want in front of you. Taking any misunderstanding out of the process. Those guys are very knowledgable. Basically saying they know their stuffs.
I did order my audio and installation online and missed 5 parts for my 2012 Sienna. The website doesn't say what parts are needed for whatever function. Couple controll modules and regulators needed for backup camera and steering wheel control were needed and the web says nothing. Eventually got to reschedule for 2 weeks after since they usually don't have all the parts in stock. Once all the parts are in, the audio and rear camera works perfect and looks amazing.

Installation went perfectly. Associates took the time to answer all my questions and even show me how to program the radio and pair it with my phone. This radio replaces my original 2013 one.

I had my stereo system and backup camera installed at Best Buy, and I’m really impressed with their work! The team was professional, efficient, and everything was installed perfectly. Purchased a new digital receiver for my older car at a great price. Scheduled installation the same day. Totally amazed that unit was installed perfectly as if the car came out of the assembly line. In addition unit was installed in no time. Highly professional service.

I saved up and bought most of my gear off the internet and from friends. I took all my stuff to local stereo shops near me and they wanted more than what the gear cost to install it. Feeling defeated I thought I would do it myself like back in the day. I started watching Youtube videos getting an idea of the job ahead and opened the Metra dash kit to get the instructions. I saw all those wires and adapter boxes and instantly knew, this was too much for me. A friend suggested I try BestBuy. I drove more than an hour to get to the nearest store. It was well worth the drive. Installer looked at my gear. Then came up with a plan to install what, when and scheduled an appointment. The best part, with Total Protection Plan membership, I saved on all the labor. A week later I came back. Installed the radio and subwoofer with an amp. All my factory buttons still work. Nice clean and professional install. Much better than the electrical tape disaster I was about to do lol. Next week I go back to install the door speakers and another amp. I can't wait. Thanks, BestBuy! I'd like to thank the installer for working past closing time due to me being an out of town customer.

They installed a new receiver for my truck, fully equipped with a reverse camera and many options, plus a Pioneer receiver with a nine-inch screen, Android auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, digital media. It was a very good, high-quality, professional installation. My rating is five stars of five. I highly recommen service. I have been coming to Best Buy for many years. A great quality of service and attention in a few words, the best.

Excellent and timely. Especially after two previous horror show of attempts. To make it even better, my install was completed much quicker than previous install. I may upgrade my speakers eventually and I already know where I'll be going. Right back to Best Buy

Super awesome love the radio and the install at Best Buy was awesome and seamless and easy and the guy was super helpful and did an amazing job. Love the flush mount radio was worth every penny

The radio installation tech was helpful with any questions I had with the install. He was super courteous and took the time to show me the features on the stereo I purchased after he put it in. It took a little over an hour and he did an excellent job with the placement of the microphone and USB inputs. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this for anyone purchasing a new head unit from Best Buy. The only issue I had why I didn’t give 5 stars was that the parking break wire that needed to be hooked up to use the video streaming on my unit was not hooked up nor was the wire for my interior light dimmer to control the illumination on the unit. This might be due to not having the wires to hook up to (parking brake,etc) The service was great regardless and the sound and features are exceptional.

Big shoutout to Chris and Brad for installing my Alpine ilx-w670 in my 2012 Accord. The service was awesome! They were very attentive, knowledgeable and went out their way to fix a couple things from a prior installation in a different location. They were very accommodating, and I would book my next appointment with them on my next service if I can in the future. Thanks again guys for the service and great conversation, peace.

Installation was superb guy made it look effortless. It was done so neat I’m super impressed oh boy I didn’t get his name to mention it lol my installation was done at bayshore Best Buy I gotta say he’s the best I definitely definitely recommend his work and that’s where I’m heading to re-do my other car. I went from winging it (see picture 6) to the reall thing and its great! Overall I'm highly satisfied brings my 04 trailblazer into 2020 and with much better sound! The product is satisfactory Better than what I had and perfect add on To an older vehicle! Android auto works great and the back up cam is great to have feels like something this vehicles should have came with! The microphone's pick up is excellent replying to text messages and talking to the navigation and phone calls have been great! The installer went above a beyond he even fixed a part of my seat that was loose.

The gentlemen at this Best But are very nice and helpful even those who greeted me in the front of the store. The man who installed my CarPlay was super fast and demonstrated how to use all the features. I’ve had my CarPlay for a month now. The mic, steering wheel buttons, radio all work perfectly. I was very satisfied with the staff and service 10/10.

The customer service of Geek Squad is great in all aspects except for the wait time. I had to wait a long time to get an appointment, and one time I was rescheduled from my original appointment because the Geek Squad technician was busy. However, I got two free in-dash radio installations from Geek Squad because I had to return the stereo once. The technician also did a good job at doing a custom work to make the stereo fit better in my car, something I might not be able to do myself.
